Sophia Amoruso quickly became every young girl's favorite role model when she came out with her spunky memoir Girl Boss back in 2014. From a life of dumpster diving and petty thievery to becoming the Founder, CEO, and Creative Director of Nasty Gal, a hugely popular e-tailer noted for it's edgy fashion, Sophia has certainly come a long way. And she makes it look so easy with these cool pieces of advice- 'Don’t ever grow up. Don’t become a bore. Don’t let The Man get to you. OK? Cool. Then let’s do this'.
And now her story is all set to be turned into a TV show which debuts on Netflix from April 21. The 13-episode comedy series stars Britt Robertson (Tomorrowland) with Kay Cannon (Pitch Perfect) on board as show runner and co-executive producer alongside Charlize Theron, Beth Kono, Laverne McKinnon and Amoruso. And both Cannon and Theron are super excited about it . While Cannon admits that she was starving to create a story about a flawed women, Charlize confessed that having built her career on flawed characters, she pretty much had a love affair with stuff like this. While the just released teaser of the series only sees Britt striking a pose and dancing around the screen in a flashy outfit, fans of the book can't wait to see how well this book adaptation will turn out to be. It would be better to wait for a proper trailer release, if you are interested in watching Britt dancing around, you can check out the teaser here https://goo.gl/qGA5IJ
