As December has arrived it's time for loots of cheer and parties. Among the many parties, a lot of companies also host an office party around this time. While this party is meant for employees to take a break and socialise, sometimes it makes for some very embarassing memories. Jimmy Falon who is known for his iconic show The Tonight Show usually introduces a new hash tag every week and asks people to tweet about it. The best tweets are then featured on his show. Recently the comedian asked people to tweet about their funny and embarassing office party stories under the hashtage #officepartyfails
