Well, sources said the CM had his way when he declared the district hospital for Covid. Sources said the CM had got the GSIDC to expedite work on the district hospital when the virus had raised its ugly head in the state a couple of months ago. Why the government did not utilize the 500-bedded hospital building for Covid all this time remains a mystery.
