Did the Goa police not do its homework well before it was decided to foil Goa Forward’s Hospicio wall painting exercise, is a question doing the rounds in city circles. For, Hospicio does not come under the local MLAs or under any of the portfolios held by Chief Minister Pramodbab Sawant but is owned by the Health services headed by Health Minister Vishwajitbab Rane. It’s now apparent that the men-in-uniform did everything to mobilize the police force, but had to eat a humble pie when Vishwajitbab’s Hospicio authorities cleared decks for the wall painting. Any questions?
