Will Diggu’s son take the political plunge?

Will Opposition leader Digambarbab Kamat’s son Yogiraj test the political waters in the ensuing election for the Margao Municipal Council? This question is indeed a subject of debate in the Aquem area of the city with the five-year term of the MMC ending this week. Speculations were rife some time back whether Diggu’s son would jump into the fray in the municipal electoral battle after he was actively spotted on the ground during the Covid pandemic lending a helping hand to the needy. Diggu has preferred to maintain silence preferring to neither confirm nor deny the speculations, leaving his son to take the decision. Any takers?
