Has three-time Congress MLA Reginaldo Lourenco any answer to the question raised by Congress leader Trajano D’Mello why the Goa Forward has fielded candidates in wards 23 and 25, both falling in Curtorim constituency. In both these wards, the Goa Forward has fielded candidates on the Fatorda Forward panel. Trajano has indeed a pertinent question “ whether the Congress surrendered the two wards to Goa Forward or the regional party bulldozed its way in the Congress-represented constituency.
