Shadow Council for Margao Convenor Savio Coutinho has found a novel way to expose the Digambar-Vijai-backed Margao Civic Alliance. Having kept a close tab on issues plaguing the commercial capital and the failure by the Alliance to resolve them during the last five years, Savio has taken to social media with a video clip showing how the outgoing city fathers belonging to the Alliance were demanding tendering of the works before the Lokayukta took cognizance and ordered a probe. Savio has promised more such clips on social media in the run-up to the polls.
