Will Opposition leader Diggu have his way on plans to forge an alliance with the Goa Forward party in the ensuing civic polls. At a time when GPCC chief Girishbab Chodankar remained tight-lipped and South Goa MP Francisbab Sardinha opposed to the Congress-Goa Forward alliance, Diggu seemed to have got the party leadership to see reason and clear decks for like-minded parties to come together to checkmate the saffron brigade.
