Curchorem Married 8 made short work of Curchorem Bachelors 8, winning an exhibition football match 4-1 at Figureido Ground, Curchorem.
The first half was closely contested as both the teams showed urgency but the forwards were guilty of misfiring from handshaking distance. The second half turned livelier as Married lads troubled the rival defence with well-orchestrated raids.
Persistent raids paid the dividends when M Kenz bulged the net. The goal boosted the morale of Married lads as they mounted pressure on the rival defence and Sandy doubled the lead.
Sandric put the issue beyond doubt while Clifford rounded up the scoreline. Valenko, trying to avert danger in the box, put the ball into his own net.
