Fatrade B defeated Laxette 3-2 via tiebreaker and moved into the next round of the Varca Cup at Varca ground on Wednesday. Both teams were locked in a goalless draw. In the tiebreaker, Fatrade B found the net through Backdom, Desmond and Nolan while Constancio and Ashu scored for Laxette. In another match, Novangully defeated Calvaddo 2-0 and moved into the next round. Tennyson and Rosario netted a goal each for Novangully. Lanroy Mendonza of Calvaddo was presented with the man of the match award.
