Guardian Angel Sports Club Curchorem beat Guirdolim SC 9-8 via the sudden death to enter into the finals of the Cana-Benaulim inter-village football tournament organised by Cana-Benaulim Sporting Association and played at St John de Baptista football ground, Benaulim on Tuesday.
After a barren full session, Rayan Menezes, Ivo Costa, Godwin Da Costa, Princen Costa, Cyril Dias, Fedrich Fernandes, Russel Fernandes, Preston Castanha and Velroy Carvalho netted for Guardian Angel SC while Mario Fernandes, Joaquim Carvalho, Akram Yadwad, Valentino Carvalho, Moises D’Sa, Alreach Peixote, Melwin Carvalho and Fayden Pereira scored for Guirdolim SC.
