MARGAO: Fr Agnelo YSC Paroda secured a semifinal berth in the Navelim Villagers Union Trophy by defeating Rossman Cruz Nagoa 2-0 at the Rosary Church ground, Navelim, on Tuesday.
Kanchan Keiro opened the scoring in the 37th minute, followed by Krishna Gaonkar’s strike in the 59th minute to seal the win for Paroda.
Krishna Gaonkar was named Man of the Match, presented by Navelim Villagers Union president Romeo Gomes.
