2nd AIPSSPB T20 tourney from March 27

The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation will host the inter-unit AIPSSPB T-20 cricket tournament from the March 27 to 31 in Goa.

Known Indian and Ranji Trophy players will be taking part in the tournament which will be held at three venues: Arlem Cricket Ground, MCC (both Margao) and GCA (Porvorim). The tournament will witness the clash of 16 teams namely ONGC, Air India, AAI, AB, BHEL, BSNL, Coal India, BKN, HP, HUDCO, MTNL, The New India Assurance, RCF, NCC, CPF, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Patiala, State Bank of Travancore.The inauguration ceremony will be held at GCA ground (Porvorim) on March 26 at 5pm.

The tournament format is league cum knock out and a semi-final will be played at 9 am on March 31 at MCC and GCA, followed by the finals at GCA from 6pm which under floodlights.

The league matches will start at 9 am and 1.30 pm respectively.
