King's School, Margao overcame Unique Boys, Nuvem 3-2 to emerge champions in the Super 7 soccer tournament organized by Active Boys, Assolda in the finals played at Assolda ground. Menino, Sunny and Benson were the goal getters for King's School while Frazier and Stanley scored for Nuvem.
King's School were richer by Rs 35,000 while Unique Boys had to settle for a prize of Rs 25,000. Piety Fernandes was the chief guest and gave away the prizes in the presence of Assolda Village Panchayat member Custodio Fernandes and Sucoorina Fernandes.
