ONGC will take on FCI in the finals of AIPSSPB T-20 tournament orgnised by ONGC.
In the first semi-finals, ONGC registered a 39-run win playing against RBI.
Batting first, Nitish Rana’s knock of 59 runs, Sandeep Sharma’s 26 and Milind Kumar’s 21 guided ONGC to 145/7 in their allotted 20 overs.
Kuldeep Hooda and Shiv Sagar Singh took 3 wickets while Ali Murtaza took 1 wicket. In reply, RBI was bundled out for 106 in 17.3 overs.
Chiranjeevi scored 43, Sumit Kumar 16. Ishant Sharma and Amit Kumar took 3 wickets while Navdeep Saini and Milind Kumar took 1 wicket each.
In the second semi-final, FCI registered a 27-run win to book their place into the finals.
Batting first FCI put up a huge total of 194/8 in 20 overs, with the help of Mayank Siddana’s 46, Umang Sharma’s 43 not out and Rajendar Bishts 64. Sanjay Pehel took 3 wickets and Kran Dagar and Sonu Sharma took 1 wicket each. Chasing the target Air India was bundled out for 167 in 19.2 overs. Hitesh Dalal scored 46, and Kunj Sharma scored 27 runs. Praditya took 3 wickets while Amir Gani and Prashant Chaudary took 2 wickets.
