Goa's top paddler Wesley Do Rosario has been awarded with the Jyoti Panvelcar Memorial Award 2017, for his meritorious performances in 2017. Wesley is currently the top-ranked player in Goa in the Junior and Men's category and is the first Goan paddler to have won a gold medal in the national ranking table tennis circuit. Table Tennis Championships in Madhya Pradesh.
