Chandan, Dhruva set up U-15 title clash

Top seed Ruhaan Shaikh will battle fourth seed Vedant Wagle in a much-anticipated U13 Boys final at the All Goa Major Ranking Table Tennis Tournament being held at the Sports Complex, Ponda.
Ruhaan edged out Ishaan Colaso in a thrilling 3-2 semifinal, while Vedant pulled off a stunning 3-1 upset over second seed Yug Prabhu. In the quarterfinals, Ruhaan had earlier defeated Kaushik Nair 3-0, Ishaan breezed past Kaushik Dalvi 3-0, Vedant overcame Yuvaan Sanke 3-2, and Yug downed Noel Kurian 3-0.
Meanwhile, in the U15 Boys category, top seed Chandan Caro stormed into the finals with a commanding 3-0 win over Vedant Wagle, setting up a title clash with the consistent Dhruva Kamat, who also won his semifinal 3-0 against Ishaan Colaso. Earlier in the quarters, Chandan beat Mark Da Costa 3-0, Vedant edged Ruhaan Shaikh 3-2, Dhruva overcame Chinmay Bakhare 3-1, and Ishaan ousted Yug Prabhu 3-2 in a tightly contested match. The tournament is being organised by Ponda Table Tennis Sports Club in association with Goa Table Tennis Association.
