MARGAO: Sporting Club of Davorlim triumphed over St. Rock Youth Club Majorda with a 2-0 victory to secure a place in the quarterfinals of the 2nd Betalbatim Villagers Cup 2024, organized by Betalbatim Sports Club at the Panchayat Ground in Betalbatim on Friday.
William Niasso opened the scoring with a precise placement in the 15th minute, while Milton Colaco sealed the win with a powerful shot in the 47th minute of the second half.
William Niasso was named Man of the Match, an award presented by Michael Pereira, former Sarpanch of Betalbatim.
