SFX Boys,Chicalim emerged champions at FYC 5-a-side football tournament defeating Handi Boys, Curtorim in the finals played at SAG Sports Complex grounds, Fatorda. The tournament was organised by Fatorda Youth Club.
SFX Boys were richer by Rs 25,000 and took home a glittering trophy while Handi Boys, Curtorim had to settle for Rs 15,000 and a trophy. St Rock's Fatrade bagged the third place cash reward of Rs 5,000.
Damu Naik ,Chairman of Ravindra Bhavan, Margao and former Fatorda MLA was the chief guest and gave away the prizes in presence of Arthur D'Silva, MMC Councilor and ex chairperson of MMC and Raju Kadam, social worker. Earlier, Sujay S Lotlikar, chairman of FYC welcomed the guests. Dilip Naik proposed the vote of thanks.
