Sridora Caculo College Mapusa Goa, XI defeated MES College Zuarinagar Vasco, XI by 29 runs to emerge Goa city champions in Red Bull Campus Cricket 2017.

Deepraj Gaonkar scored 33 runs off 27 balls and Vaibhav Govekar claimed 4 wickets in 4 overs.

Batting first, Sridora Caculo college scored 131 for 8 while MES College Zuarinagar were restricted to 102-7 in their 20 overs.Sridora will now represent Goa and face off against six other cities in the Zonal finals. Top two teams from each zone will then compete in the National finals, where the teams will play in the knock-out rounds of quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals respectively. The National winner will then represent India in the Red Bull Campus Cricket World Series Championship 2017. The event was held from February 27 to the first week of April. The Red Bull Campus Cricket city qualifiers started simultaneously in Cochin and Hyderabad and

continued in Goa.
