All-Goa veterans football at Nuvem

PANAJI: Nuvem Veterans will organise their 2nd All Goa 9-a-side inter-village veterans football tournament from March 8. Cash prizes of Rs 40,000 and Rs 30,000 will be awarded to the winners and runners-up respectively, besides trophies. A total of 16 teams will take part in the tournament. MARGAOFC Goa will be organising trials for their U-13 and U-15 team for the 2021-22 football season. Players interested in becoming a part of these squads are requested to attend trials on March 6 and 7, at Rosary College Ground, Navelim, at 7:30 am onwards (for South Goa based boys) and on March 13 and 14, at Sangolda Ground from 7:30 am onwards (for North Goa based boys).
