PANAJI: On the occasion of International Women's Day, Sensei Joseph Rodrigues, 7th Dan Black Belt and President, Traditional Karate Assn. Of Goa in Association with CCP Panjim will be conducting a Free Self Defense session on March 9 at 10 am at the Dojo De Goa, Top Floor, Caculo Mall, Panjim from 10 to 12 am.
The session is open for all ladies above 18 yrs of age where basics of self defence against armed and unarmed attacks will be taught. Limited spots for the session. Register on 9049915164. Female Black Belts will also be present.
