Government College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Quepem defeated PES's Rajaram and Tarabai Bandekar College of Pharmacy by 50 runs in the Goa University Inter Collegiate Cricket Men Championship, at Goa University cricket ground, Taleigao.
The toss was won by Government College Quepem who elected to bat. They posted 163/8 in 20 overs. Mohammed Sadik 51(32) and Yash Parsekar 27(09) were the main contributors for the side. Gururaj Lad (4/37) was excellent with the bowling for the Pharmacy college.
In reply, PES's Rajaram and Tarabai Bandekar College of Pharmacy were bundled out for 113 in 18.4 overs.
Kartik Shinde 32(40) and Parag Naik 26(25) were the top scorers of the innings. Vedhant Uskaikar scalped four wickets.
