MARGAO: Guirdolim club blanked Varca Sports Club 2-0 to move to the semi-finals of the Navelim Villagers Union Trophy, organised by Navelim Villagers Union, at Rosary ground, Navelim, on Wednesday.
First half remained goalless. In the second half, Sheldon Peixito of Guirdolim opened the scoreline in the 41st minute. Guirdolim further inflated the lead through Joaquim Carvalho in the 55th minute .
