Jordan Brothers, Korgao overcame the challenge by Parish Youth of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Arambol 1-0, to clinch the Parish Youth Trophy organised by Parish Youth of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Arambol on Sunday.
Pratik Tirodkar scored the all-important goal for Jordan Brothers. Renial D’Mello, player of Parish Youth was adjudged player of the tournament award. Fr Roland Lin Fernandes, parish priest of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Arambol was the chief guest and gave away the prizes to the winner and runner up in the presence of Valerian Richard Fernandes, social worker of Arambol and trustee of Arambol Association (Mumbai). Bosco Fernandes, football promoter of Arambol, Stanley Carvalho, football promoter of Korgao, other dignitaries and youth members were present.
