The 14th edition of the late Pio Jose Goveia Memorial Invitational Football Tournament 2022 will get underway on December 1 with holders Goa Velha Sports Club taking on CDJ Ribandar at Colvale Church ground at 4.30 pm. The winner will be awarded a cash prize of Rs 1,00,000 plus a rolling trophy while the runners-up will be given a cash prize of Rs 50,000.

MARGAOCurtorim Gymkhana edged past Don Bosco Oratory (DBO) Fatorda 1-0 to march into the finals of Carmona Village Panchayat Cup organised by Carmona Sports Club played at panchayat ground.
