MARGAO: Varca SC advanced to the next round of the inter-village football tournament organized by St. Sebastian Union Club after defeating CAC Sports Club 4-3 in a penalty shootout, at Dando ground, Benaulim, on Friday, ended goalless after regulation time.
Elvis, Clayton Luis, Jobern Cardozo, and Aaron Barretto converted their penalties for Varca SC, while Elvino, Aaron, and Aslon scored for CAC Sports Club.
