Aimed at consolidating its domain leadership by highlighting the role it is playing in enhancing and empowering the hotel ecosystem in India, Cleartrip has hosted roadshows aimed at hoteliers and other stakeholders across multiple cities like Kolkata, Udaipur, Pondicherry, and Kochi.
Commenting on the roadshows, Amit Taneja, Chief Revenue Officer, Cleartrip, said,"Our approach goes much beyond the myopic discount-based proposition and is based on creating value-pivoted engagements for all our partners. These events are a part of our strategic goal to further boost the supplier confidence and have helped our key business partners understand the benefits that come with associating with Cleartrip and creating sustainability in their business. We are delighted with the response from the successful road show in Goa."
Among the most appreciated features at the Cleartrip roadshow were the credible and hassle-free Pay at Hotel Credit Card guarantee and the demo on Cleartrip Extranet.
Speaking on Cleartrip's hotel customer quality Amit said, "We firmly believe that enhanced value must be delivered to the customer by providing more relevant features and better service, not by relying on heavy discounts. This approach helps us in attracting consumers who are looking for better holidaying experience instead of just deals. These consumers are brand seekers who are using our clean UI/UX to find properties that meet their evolved tastes and sensibilities, and have a much higher propensity to spend at the property. All of this plays a part in driving long-term consumer loyalty and maximizing business opportunities for both Cleartrip and its partner hotels."
