In order to expand the availability of its Genuine Service parts in Maharashtra and Goa, Ford India appointed Autoji Ford Parts as its exclusive distributor recently.
Inaugurated by Ford India's VP - Ford Customer Service Ops, N Prabhu, the sprawling 2000 sq. ft. facility is located at 17/8, D1 Block, MIDC Chinchwad, Pune.
"As we introduce new products and bring more customers to Ford fold, we are committed to ensure convenience and easy availability of genuine spare parts. With the continued expansion of our retail distribution network, we will be closer to our customers by ensuring a reliable and improved customer experience," Prabhu said.
Continuing to enhance the ownership experience, Ford plans to expand the retail distribution of Ford Genuine parts to Gujarat, Rajasthan and East of India in the next phase.
