The ‘Goan Crazy Party’ event, the first event in a series of events, is set to take place in Croydon, UK on April 1, to showcase the vibrant culture of Goa through music, food and dance, to a lively, UK audience.

The ‘Goan Crazy’ team aspire to bring together the three uniquely related cultures of Goa (India), Portugal, and Brazil, under a simple inclusive umbrella of relationship joined by history.

“Through parties, carnivals, socials and other activities that we have planned for the year, we will work with chefs, musicians, artistes, actors, creators and businesses alike.

“‘Goan Crazy’ is the feeling one gets, especially when they are away and missing our beautiful state Goa. With the help of our growing “Goan Crazies”, we will aim to re-create the spirit of Goa and showcase the rich and diverse cultural heritage of these influential regions while bringing people together” said a spokesperson of the ‘Goan Crazy’ group.
