PANAJI: The book ‘Natural Wonders of Goa’, authored by noted environmentalist and chronicler Rajendra Kerkar, will be released on June 4 at 5 pm at the Multipurpose Hall of Sanskruti Bhavan, Patto, Panaji. The publication explores Goa’s rich environmental and natural heritage, documenting a range of natural wonders across the state through first-hand observations. The book combines detailed documentation with photographs, offering readers an engaging insight into Goa’s biodiversity and landscapes.
Dr Pradip Sarmokadam, Member Secretary of the Goa State Biodiversity Board, will be the chief guest and will release the book. Goa’s noted museum expert Victor Hugo Gomes will speak on the publication, while Tomazinho Cardozo, Managing Trustee of Green Ray Foundation, will preside over the function. The book has been published by Green Ray Foundation, which works for the preservation and promotion of Goa’s environment. The event is open to the public.
