MARG Trust observed MARG Day at Margao on Monday by distributing prizes to the winners of the state level inter-school online quiz contest held on the theme ‘Gandhi- Life, Times and Legacy’. This quiz was held on October 2 virtually.
District Governor-elect of Rotary Club and businessman Gaurish Dhond was the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion he praised the Rotary Club of Margao and MARG Trust for spreading Gandhian thought in such a novel way amongst the children.
President of Rotary Club of Margao, Dilip Prabhudesai expressed gratitude towards the schools which participated in the quiz contest at a short notice.
All the students who secured semi-final berth and winners in the quiz contest were felicitated.
The programme was compered by Anant Agni, Member Secretary of MARG Trust.
