A National Centre of Excellence in HR & Employment has been set up at SAI Nursing Institute in Sanquelim. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, who was present at a function, lauded Dr Sathya Narayan for signing the MOU with SAI Nursing Institute. He also commended Dr Mohamed for taking the initiative to open Goa’s first HR cell at the institute. In his address, Sawant said nursing, physiotherapy, and naturopathy students should seamlessly transition from their studies to practice without any gaps. To support this, the institute is securing affiliations with various institutions, ensuring that students can begin practicing in medical settings immediately on completion of their courses. The chief minister emphasised that opportunities at both national and international levels should be available to Goan students. To facilitate this, the institute plans to introduce international language courses, making it easier for students to pursue education and career opportunities abroad.
