Std X, XII syllabus will be curtailed: Goa Board

Covid pandemic, postponement of exams and the forthcoming assembly elections have led to the curtailment of syllabus for Std X and XII. The same syllabus implemented last academic year will be followed for the new academic year 2021-2022, informed Goa Board on Tuesday.

Ten Covid deaths, positivity @ 10.48%

PANAJI Goa recorded 10 Covid deaths on Tuesday taking the total to 2947. Out of 3120 samples tested, 327 were found to be positive bringing the positivity rate to 10.48 per cent. There were 548 recoveries and the active count has reduced to 4175. The recovery rate stands at 95.63 per cent.
