PANAJI
The catechism children of St Lawrence Chapel, Arossim-Cansaulim, presented a hymn-singing programme on September 27, offering their voices in praise and glory to God. The children from the various catechism groups participated in the programme and presented a variety of hymns from ‘Gaionancho Jhelo’. The programme was compered by Avrel Fernandes and Belinda De Souza, who guided the proceedings. Speaking on the occasion, Fr Myron Jeson Barreto, Chaplain of St Lawrence Chapel, thanked all the catechism children, catechists and parents for their support and participation. He encouraged the children to continue singing hymns to the glory of God and reminded them that singing praises to God is a beautiful way of remaining in communion with Him.
