Goa Civic and Consumer Action Network (GOACAN) is observing an awareness fortnight campaign which began on December 1 to get consumers to use only ISI marked BIS certified helmets. GOACAN coordinator Roland Martins has thanked Goa’s noted cartoonist Alexyz for taking time out and doing a special cartoon to support the campaign on ‘Save lives, wear only an ISI marked helmet’. The NGO has invited the public to join the campaign and do their bit by doing a few things in their home.
