In a bid to guide its students in making career choices, People's Higher Secondary School on Saturday had professionals mentoring the teenagers in fields such as the legal and architectural professions as wells as the civil services field. The unique career related programme had Goa's legal eagle, Senior Counsel, Saresh Lotlikar, renowned architect Dean D'Cruz and IAS officer Dr Sneha Gitte interacting with the students on careers beyond the fields of engineering and medicine at the school's Surlacar Memorial Hall. Students of classes IX, X and XI were guided by the three reputed resource persons. Adv Lotlikar in his presentation, stressed on hard work and dedication once the choice of career is made while Dr Gitte advised the teenagers to explore fields they have a passion for and are interested in pursuing as a career. D'Cruz, a well known architect with over three decades of practice under his belt, focussed on giving the students a lowdown on the subject of design in architecture.
