VASCO: Urban Development Minister Milind Naik said the market complex project at Sada-Vasco would be ready in three months. Naik was speaking to reporters at an event by the Mormugao BJP Block, where a 70-yr-old woman, Niranjana Shetye, cut a 70-kg cake to celebrate the 70th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Some municipal councillors were also present on theoccasion.
“The Rs 8-crore market complex at Sada is almost complete but the project got delayed because of the pandemic. Some internal works are pending and these works will be completed in three months, after which we will seek clearance from the MMC and MPDA. “Shops in the market will be allotted only as per procedures,” said Naik.
