Mandre College of Commerce, Economics and Management on Saturday held an orientation session on water conservation. Rudresh Mhamal, the President of Dhavrukh NGO and Assistant Professor of Commerce at Vidya Prabodhini College, was the resource person for the session.
During the session, Mhamal explained about the exact nature of water crisis in the world and also specifically in Goa. Various methods of rainwater harvesting and groundwater water recharging were also introduced to the audience.
