MARGAO: Camp Souza Futsal Turf, Camorlim is set to host the 2nd Jack Souza Ferrao Memorial Futsal Tournament for Special Children on November 30. The event is organized by Camp Souza Futsal Turf in collaboration with Special Olympics Bharat Goa, Gujarati Samaj Educational Trust - Special School Margao, JPIC Goa, and the Goa Industrial Development Corporation.
The tournament will kick off at 9:00 AM at Camp Souza Futsal Turf, Camorlim, with 10 teams from special schools across Goa, comprising a total of 120 participants. The children will compete for medals, trophies, and certificates for the top four positions, as well as additional prizes.
Speakers at the event include Veerendra Souza from Camp Souza, Victor Vaz (Chairman, Special Olympics Bharat Goa), Fr. Franky Fernandes (Chairman, JPIC Goa), and others.
