Annual Blood Donation Camp was organised on the occasion of 75th Independence Day by Lions & Leo Club of Calangute in collaboration with Calangute Association. It was also the official visit of Region Chairman MJF Lion E. Agnelo Da Silva to Calangute Club.
There were 66 blood donors who came to donate blood at the camp in Calangute.
Lions Club President Lion Murtaza Mathernwala said that this is our annual blood donation camp. "We organise it every year on Independence Day for the last 30 years. Such camps are the need of the hour, especially during this Covid-19 Pandemic. We will organise one more blood camp along with health Camp within two months," he said.
