On the occasion of Science week, a book exhibition has been organised by Prakashan Vibhag, department of Information and Broadcasting, government of India, at the silver jubilee hall of Goa University which will remain open till February 28 from 10 am to 5 pm. There will be sale of books at concessional rates. The concession will be up to 10-90 % on English, Marathi, Hindi books. Prakashan Vibhag is a main publication organisation of the government of India and has books on history, art, science, literature, culture, commerce and sports, Gandhi literature, children’s literature, autobiographies of celebrities, speeches of national leaders etc all available at reasonable prices.
