PANAJI: The Postgraduate Department of Food Technology, Carmel College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Nuvem signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HAS University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands.
The officiating Principal of the college, Dr Sr Maria Lizanne AC, the representative of HAS University, Jeanine Bouwman and the Course Coordinator of the department, Nezlyn Cressida D’Souza signed the officiating document.
