The Directorate of Art and Culture in association with Moisinho Piedade Travasso, San Jose de Areal is organising a cultural programme on March 15 at 10 am at Red Carpet, Nesai. The programme includes making greeting cards, solo singing, fancy dress, creative craft out of waste, patriotic songs etc. The aim of this programme is to teach kids various art and crafts, and to involve them in skills like singing, dressing and acting by building their confidence.
