CANACONA
A decomposed male body was washed ashore at Colomb near Palolem beach in Canacona on Monday morning.
According to police sources, the deceased found lying near the Neptune Point is believed to be between 30-35 years.
The body has been sent for post-mortem and preservation at TB hospital, Margao.
Canacona police said there has been no missing person complaint at any police station in the State and suspect that the deceased may have been from a neighbouring state
Canacona LPSI Rifa Barretto is investigating the case under the supervision of Canacona PI Tulsidas Naik.
