PANAJI: Dr Rajesh Patil Professor of Surgery has been appointed as Medical Superintendent of Goa Medical College from July 3. Dr Patil is a well known Laparoscopic surgeon and a national awardee for outstanding contributions in prevention of alcohol and substance abuse 2018 by then President Ram Nath Kovind.
