PANAJI
Knitting is one skill which is loved by many but mastered by few. This traditional art in Goa is passed from one generation to the next and is still much appreciated and valued. In its vision to share knowledge in various sections in the field of art, Revas EduCare has selected the art of knitting as the first art to be brought on the platform to impart training on.
The resource person is Rekha Chandelkar, a teacher who has been teaching and practicing knitting for decades and has volunteered to conduct knitting sessions free of charge to train all enthusiastic learners. Willing to share her knowledge with others, Chandelkar will be teaching the art to a larger audience in a series of lessons at ‘Knit_It_Neat’ beginning from October 15.
