The International Centre Goa in association with Goa Writers will organise the 11th edition of the Goa Arts and Literature Festival (GALF) 2023 on January 19 at the International Centre Goa, Dona Paula. The keynote address will be given by Major General Ian Cardozo (Retired), the celebrated war hero and writer, along iwth Abhijit Banerjee, the Noble Prize winning economist.
The festival launch will be with Vhodlem Ghor writer Uday Bhembre in conversation with Anwesha Singbal. The unveiling of GALF artworks will be by Goan artist Nirupa Naik at 5.30 -7.30 pm on January 19 at Laran Amphitheatre Lawns at the ICG.
