GHS Morpirla teachers, students and parents paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri on their birth anniversaries, with teachers and students attending online as well as offline celebrations. Floral tributes were paid to both Gandhi and Shastri by Headmistress Morena Miranda. In her speech she urged all to strive for making India a country of Gandhiji's dreams while following his teaching, ideals and values and quest for peace, harmony and brotherhood. Cleanliness drive was taken up and a rally was taken to create awareness about the harmful effects of single use plastic.
