PANAJI: Kulmaya Sports Club, Sarwan, and GSC Rumal, Pale, fought their way into the semi-finals of the fifth All Goa inter-village volleyball tournament, organised by MB United Sports and Cultural Club, at MB volleyball court, Adiband Murida, Cuncolim.
Kulmaya defeated Valankani Boys, Navelim, 25-19, 26-24, while GSC Rumal proved too strong for Pujari Six, Vasco, 25-20,25-16. Earlier, Valankani Boys had made it to the quarter-final stage after putting it across Morpila Boys 26-24, 25-18.
